At the helm is our wonderfully talented Executive Chef Chris Hill, bringing with him a wealth of experience from some of the best kitchens in the UK.
Our Director of Operations, Noel Goddard, joined us in 2020 injecting his contagious energy and strong experience into Colette. Previously at Inception Group, working with well-known brands such as Bounce, Puttshack, The Grove Hotel, The Ivy and Prada, he has been instrumental in establishing Colette in the food industry.
