Colette – a touch of decadence, a twist of classic cuisine and a pinch of ‘je ne sais quoi’.
Co-founded by Dimitri and Mira, Colette attributes its namesake to Dimitri’s grandmother who brought a real sense of joie de vivre, and an eye for uncompromising quality to the family table.

A Chef for Colette
At the helm is Our Exec Chef Chris. Along with his team they bring a wealth of experience from some of the best michelin-starred kitchens across The Uk. Including the Ritz hotel, Whatley Manor, Social eating house, and Roganic.
A new home
The team finally sets eyes and immediately falls in love with its first location on the Fulham Road. Formerly a bank, it needs extensive renovations as well as the removal of a vault in what would house the new kitchen.
July - December 2019
Extensive works are carried out within the premises under the direction of Mira. From being previously a white-cladded bank, the new shop will convey warmth, timelessness and subtle luxury.
Colette Gourmet Traiteur and Delicatessen opens its doors on January 20th 2020, almost 18 months after its conception from the minds of the founders.
Noel joins us
Our Director of Operations Noel joined us in early 2020 injecting his contagious energy and strong experience into Colette. Previously at Inception Group, working with well-known brands such as Bounce, Puttshack, The Grove Hotel, The Ivy and Prada, he has been instrumental in establishing Colette in the food industry.
